Mission :

Within the Youth and Solidarity Service, we set up collection and awareness projects for young people in schools, particularly during events such as the Race Against Hunger!
If you accept it, you will have the chance to support the development and implementation of Youth Service projects in New Aquitaine. Under the supervision of a Youth Project Manager, your missions will be as follows:
In charge of a portfolio of educational establishments, you will deploy prospecting and loyalty actions to engage them in projects. You will arrange meetings with schools to present the projects, and you will succeed, thanks to your oral skills, in convincing the teaching teams to implement it for their students!
As a true focal point for participating establishments, you will provide them with personalized and regular monitoring and will occasionally participate in loyalty events such as open days.
In conjunction with the youth project manager, you coordinate awareness-raising actions in schools with the network of volunteers. To do this, you ensure the recruitment, training and management of volunteers for New Aquitaine.
Within schools, you will also lead awareness sessions about our action among students.
You will participate in the organization and coordination of a sporting or cultural event, chosen as a team. You contribute to the preparation of the event, administrative procedures and monitoring of establishments. You also provide logistical support prior to the event, with the definition of the material needs of participating establishments, monitoring the sending of materials, and mobilizing volunteers present at the event site.

Profile :

Are you preparing for a Bac+4/5 training in business, communication or humanitarian school? Do you ideally have at least 6 months of experience (internship/alternation) in project management or event organization? Are you passionate about human relations? are you an ace at persuasion and mobilization? Then you are the person we are looking for to strengthen our skills and our team as a work-study student.
We are looking for a person with keen interpersonal skills, capable of convincing and mobilizing our partners. As well as someone comfortable with Pack Office tools. We are convinced that a candidate passionate about mutual aid and volunteering, emphasizing their desire to pursue their professional career in the field of action and/or humanitarian aid, will complete our team.
If you have the BAFA or have significant first experience with young audiences, don’t hesitate to include it in your application! Please note, for this position, the B license is mandatory

Conditions of employment
Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Location: Bordeaux (Nouvelle Aquitaine)
Travel: To be expected.
Salary Conditions: Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: Taken into account 80% charge by ACF
Transport: 50% charge of the package between home and work Meal
vouchers: 60% charge by the association for a value of 8 euros
In addition we would like to underline our commitment to the well-being of our work-study students by offering social works (and cinema tickets).
Teleworking: Open to all and from mainland France, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
