Focus on the Audit Service
The Audit Department is made up of 5 people. The mission of its members is to coordinate the preparation and monitoring of external audits as well as to coordinate and prepare internal audits within the Association.
And the Audit Intern in all this?
As an Audit Intern, under the direct supervision of Audit Managers and in collaboration with all services at headquarters but also in conjunction with Audit focal points in the field, you will be required to participate in the implementation implementation of the system for monitoring internal administrative, logistical and operational procedures at PUI, in order to guarantee compliance of supporting documents with donor rules.
Under the direct supervision of Audit Managers, you will participate in the coordination of internal and external audits by ensuring the monitoring and planning of internal and external audits, the collection and verification of documents, as well as the review and compilation comments on audit reports. You will also participate in updating and monitoring internal control tools and procedures. You will support the Audit Manager in the quarterly monitoring of the main risks of the missions with the Geographic Manager and the Management Controller. Finally, you will contribute to the creation of training materials for headquarters and missions.
What you will need to land this internship
- An Agreement issued by your training organization: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, Bac+4 or Bac+5 level, in audit/accounting or Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Political Sciences/Law.
- Experience: Experience in an associative environment and/or internationally will be valued.
- Skills: You have very good writing skills in both French and English.
- Required qualities: You are autonomous, calm, organized and demonstrate rigor in your work. You are proactive and show curiosity. In addition, you have basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Languages: French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Bonus: €4.60/hour
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Rest : 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
