SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the HR Department of Solidarités International, member of the HR Administration department and under the authority of the HR and Travel Administrative Referent, the HR Administrative Monitoring Officer (CSA) is in charge of administrative management of Human Resources for expatriates in the portfolio of countries for which he/she is responsible.
HR administrative management is done in close collaboration with the Recruitment and Career Service.
He/she participates in service and department projects.
FUNCTION :
Through 4 essential pillars of the position: Integration of new employees and preparation for departure; Administrative management and personnel monitoring; Insurance management and Payroll management; the CSA (non-exhaustive list):
- Provide briefings to expatriates
- Is in charge of monitoring the movements (entries/exits) of expatriates
- Completes the administrative documents necessary for the administrative monitoring of expatriates
- Establishes contracts/amendments for new arrivals and current employees in the payroll software
- Is the focal point on all administrative/HR issues within its geographic scope
- Supports HR Coordinators in the application of HR policies, frameworks and administrative procedures
- Participates in the evolution of policies, frameworks and procedures in HR administration and procedures in response to identified needs
- Affiliate expatriates to various expatriate insurances (CFE and expatriate mutual insurance)
- Monitors files opened in connection with the various insurance funds (mutual, provident, repatriation, civil liability)
- Is in management and validates advances & deposits of expatriates according to defined thresholds
- Collects from missions, tracks and enters variable payroll elements into payroll software
- In conjunction with the payroll manager and the payroll referent, ensures good coordination of HR administrative rules and their application in payroll
- In line with the strategy of the HR Department, participates in the annual action plan of the HR Administration Service
- Participates in the development and adaptation of HR tools and policies by providing knowledge of the issues encountered on a daily basis
- Participates in HR projects as part of the HR programming of the Department and the Service
YOUR PROFILE
- Training: Minimum bac+5, Human Resources training
- Mastery of the most common office software (Word, Excel & Outlook),
- Fluency in English essential
- Rigor, good capacity for anticipation, good organization and coordination, good communication
One more :
- Experience in human resources in a Humanitarian Organization and/or in a similar position
IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy)
- Contract _ Framework status_ CDI
- Gross monthly remuneration of: €2,865 or €2,985 (2 levels) depending on the scale in effect at headquarters
- Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face work per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
- Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
- Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
