Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Assignment :
You will assist the Human Resources Director (HRD) in the daily management of the department.
More precisely, your role will be to:
Ensure the organization and administrative management of the department Manage the HR agenda taking into account priorities and ensure the HR telephone hotline (in the event of absence or meeting).
Prepare and organize internal and external meetings.
Classify and archive documents.
Place orders for office supplies and stationery in conjunction with the purchasing department.
Distribute letters from the HR department.
Have administrative documents signed and distributed.
Prepare files relating to meetings with other French and international Directors and external HR interventions.
Organize HR travel.
Alert HR on essential points (urgent messages, social climate, areas of tension, HR issues, etc.).
Write and format internal documentsCollect information and collaborate in the drafting of the monthly economic report for the General Director and the Board of Directors.
Write and format presentation documents.
Translate documents.
Participate in and organize departmental projects and events. Manage the organization of HRD highlights.
Provide support to HR on substantive issues.
Implement anti-terrorism prevention processes for employees.
Participate in the management of social dialogue.
Ensure the updating and monitoring of DRH management tools. Monitor the department’s budget, be a source of proposals and alert on malfunctions.
Follow up and alert HR service managers about the monthly indicators.
Prepare the compiled table and transmit it to the Executive Committee.
Provide support to HR in the management of IRPs Collect the needs of IRPs and transmit them to HR.
Provide support to the HR Director and the GSP Service Manager in the management of IRPs (CE/DP).
Organize quarterly meetings for the CHSCT.
Provide support to HR on litigation files.
Ensure internal communication
Profile:
Coming from training in Management Assistantship or general training in Human Resources, you have significant experience in one of these fields.
You are particularly competent in coordinating calendar and message management tools, as well as organizing and coordinating events.
You are proficient in the use of writing techniques. You are capable of analyzing and producing summary documents, as well as ensuring confidentiality in your work.
You know how to listen, communicate effectively orally and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
Motivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also organized and rigorous and you know how to manage priorities. You are responsive and proactive.
Working in an international environment, a good level of English and French is necessary, both written and oral.
Terms of employment
Status: Supervisor – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 33K to 38K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
