All the establishments in the CRf health sector represent more than 2,000 beds and places distributed in 10 regions of the metropolitan territory, with 29 hyper-specialized establishments, in the field of MCO (medicine, obstetric surgery), SSR (follow-up care and rehabilitation), HAD (hospitalization at home), child psychiatry and health centers.”
We are looking for a Director for our Henry Dunant Hospital located in Paris 16th with 158 beds: a 56-bed follow-up care and rehabilitation unit (SSR), a 78-bed USLD long-term care unit , a 24-bed geriatric short-stay unit (MCO) (budget €12 million; 140 employees) and soon the opening of a day hospital.
Job
Reporting to the territorial director, your missions include:
- Carry out the establishment’s policy in all its dimensions: establishment project, quality and patient well-being policy, certification, well-treatment and activity development
- Manage and support the team under your responsibility
- Ensure budgetary and financial management by ensuring the monitoring of activities as well as the return to balance of the establishment
- Manage real estate and infrastructure and the multi-year investment plan by defining a preventive strategy
- Guarantee the quality of relationships with the medical community, external partners, territorial stakeholders and ensure a network of influence
- Guarantee the quality of patient care
- Ensure the management of the various bodies and commissions
- Manage and control the operational management of the establishment (security of beneficiaries, staff and premises, control and evaluation, admissions and exits of users.)
- Conduct human resources policy, promote good relations with social partners in compliance with legal and conventional provisions, ensuring a good social climate in conjunction with the sector’s human resources center

Position based in Paris 16th
With level 1 training, you have confirmed and successful experience in managing a health establishment, ideally having dual MCO/SMR authorization , supplemented by experience in geriatrics .
A man or woman in the field and a confirmed manager, you adhere to the values of the French Red Cross and are motivated by the current challenge which consists of supporting change and leading teams while ensuring economic and organizational structure of this establishment.
Recognized for your interpersonal intelligence and your managerial skills, you are able to lead large-scale projects and build quality relationships with all partners, both internal and external, serving the establishment’s users.
