The “Red Cross” sector:
In the field of training alone, the training sector of the French Red Cross, called Croix-Rouge Compétence, is deployed through 11 regional directorates which have 60 training establishments spread throughout France (mainland and overseas). ). Each year more than 17,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions (Nurses…) through initial training and apprenticeship or validation of acquired experience, more than 90,000 trainees in professional training in the fields of health and social and health and safety at work, and more than 1,500 people are supported in the prequalification process (discovery of a profession, refresher training, establishment of a professional project).

Presentation of the French Red Cross:
With its 66,275 volunteers and 16,700 employees committed in France and abroad, the French Red Cross (650 establishments and services for 1.5 billion annual turnover) is both a recognized 1901 law association of public utility, volunteers engaged for more than 150 years on numerous fronts in the fight against precariousness, and a non-profit service company in the health, social, medico-social and training fields.

From the development of the professional project, to qualification, certification, to professional integration, the Regional Training Institute (Red Cross Competence) Centre-Val de Loire strives to offer a space for innovations in favor of professions in the health and social sector. Our institute allows all students and trainees to design a personalized path in a warm, welcoming and caring environment.
It is within the Croix Rouge Compétence Centre-Val de Loire establishment that we are recruiting a full-time Trainer for its nursing training sector, position based in Chambray-lès-Tours, permanent contract to be filled from September 1, 2024
Job
The job description
The trainer provides initial professional training for students, with reference to the official study program. In line with the educational project of the sector and the establishment:
- As a team, you build the training project in line with the regulatory framework and professional developments and/or in response to the needs of the professional sector;
- You prepare, lead and evaluate the training or training sequences for which you are responsible;
- You ensure the educational monitoring of pupils or students during their lesson periods and during internships;
- You collaborate in the evaluation process;
- You participate in study and research work.
You will carry out your missions under the responsibility of the Training Manager.

Job profile
- IDE diploma holder
- Holder of a health executive diploma or master 2 would be a plus
- Build a training response adapted to demand
