Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Project Manager for the Operations Department, you will support the Operations department in the conduct and deployment of its digital transformation projects, in particular the AMS (Award Management System) project whose objective is to set up a tool for managing donor and partner contracts.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Contribute to the work of detailed functional specifications of the future tool
Participate in the functional acceptance of the tool with the business teams concerned and validate the conformity of the solution in relation to the specifications on the scopes of which you are responsible
for phasing out the project’s change management plan and managing the communication plan

Profile:

You have Master 2 training, business school or university, with 3 years of professional experience in the position of Donor Contracts and/or Partnership Coordinator or Program Support Officer in an NGO.
You have worked at least 1 year in the field as an Administrator within an NGO in international solidarity contexts. You have prior experience with Action Against Hunger.
Ideally, you are at the end of your mission in a Grant, Partnership Manager or Program Support Officer position and are available for a short mission.
You are able to collect, interpret, sort, analyze and produce summaries of financial and HR data, and use one or more financial and HR software packages.
You know how to communicate effectively orally and in writing, as well as construct and deliver training. You have good listening skills and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
You are organized, responsive, and able to move quickly from one activity to another, with good priority management.
Good command of English is necessary, both written and spoken.

Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated manager – 3.5 month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 47K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
