Assignment :

Under the responsibility of the Youth and Solidarity Project Coordinator, your missions will be as follows:
Prospect new educational establishments.
Define the annual prospecting strategy for your regional sector, consistent with the national strategy.
Build loyalty among participating establishments.
Ensure personalized and regular monitoring of participating establishments for the current year and previous years.
Accompany and support participating establishments in implementing the project.
Coordinate the realization of awareness sessions for the Race Against Hunger.
Ensure the good logistical organization of the project.
Ensure the proper organization of the Race in schools.
Ensure the follow-up of the receipt of collections.
Be the guarantor, in your regional sector, of compliance with the collection procedure established by headquarters.
Communicate the collection procedure to participating establishments in conjunction with the Management and Control Tools Officer.
Contribute to the media coverage and communication of projects.
Carry out the annual review of each edition and establish recommendations.
Carry out, if necessary, an assessment of the Major Races organized.
Support departmental delegations in your regional sector.
Participate in monthly department meetings organized at headquarters, as well as working groups.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of youth projects.

Profile:

Holder of a general higher education (business school, IEP) specializing in commercial project management and/or event communication, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally acquired in Education for Development and international solidarity.
You have successful experience in supervising volunteers and/or work-study students.
Motivated by human contact with multiple interlocutors, you are recognized for your pedagogy, your ability to build relationships of trust and your ability to speak in public.
Your rigor and your sense of organization allow you to easily manage simultaneous activities.
Knowledge of the national education environment is highly appreciated.

Terms of employment

Status: Independent Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: in the region (Grand-Est)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 20 days of RTT
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Transport allowances: covered at 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Allowances Restaurant vouchers (Card lunch Up): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
CSE social activities (gift vouchers, reimbursement of cultural activities, etc.)
Special conditions: Position based at home ideally in Strasbourg, Nancy or Reims in proximity to public transport.
Many trips will be expected in the Grand Est region.
Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing; 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events, and 2 days of compulsory presence when you join the team.
