The post
In this role, you are responsible for:
-Manage the establishment’s strategy by ensuring the evolution of its positioning in the territory;
-Manage financial, HR, real estate aspects, etc. and guarantee economic and social efficiency by optimizing the organization of services
-Manage the management team and unite the teams around co-constructed and shared projects;
-Ensure the quality approach, implement the resulting action plans and prepare internal and external evaluations
-Develop the actions of establishments within local networks and create new partnerships;
More particularly, you are the guarantor of the dynamics and motivation of the teams in place and in charge of uniting them around specific projects (real estate projects, establishment projects and CPOM negotiation).

With higher education (Bac+5), you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in similar functions ideally acquired in a nursing home, which has allowed you to understand the medico-social fabric and its network of prescribers.
An experienced manager, you are recognized for your leadership skills and your ability to listen to your contacts (family, beneficiaries, etc.) and the multidisciplinary team in place.
You are familiar with the regulations of the medico-social sector, and have good knowledge of gerontology.
Skills in real estate project management would be appreciated
