The Personnel and Payroll Administration Assistant will work closely with the Human Resources Assistant and under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager. The missions and responsibilities are shared between the two assistants and primarily concern the following subjects:

1. Administrative management of personnel (head office, expatriates)

• Manage employee hiring and departure formalities

• Participate in personnel administration activities

• Manage and be the focal point for employees of the Lucca HRIS tool (leave, teleworking, timesheet and HR safe)

• Edit certificates

• Ensure the creation and updating of personnel files and update the personnel register.

• Carry out the integration of new employees for the administrative part

• Monitor residence permits, trial periods and update organizational charts

2. Payroll preparation

• Prepare variable payroll elements by collecting and analyzing all necessary information

• Transmit to the service provider and check the data relating to the preparation of pay slips in the payroll software

• Check and edit pay slips

3. Administration of training

• Organize training logistics

• Carry out administrative monitoring of continuing training

• Manage invoices and monitor finances, ensure proper receipt of subsidies

• Manage training reimbursement requests from the OPCO

• Update dashboards to produce annual reports

4. Health, Safety and Working Conditions

• Organize and monitor medical visits

• Update the mandatory display

• Contribute to the annual update of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document, in conjunction with occupational health and the Human Resources Manager.

Other complementary activities related to the human resources function may be integrated depending on the needs, the profile of the candidate and their expectations.

Your profile

Education / Experience:

• In preparation for a Bac+3 to +5 training in higher education in HR, ADP/Payroll

• Experience or real interest in the associative environment appreciated

Skills and soft skills:

• Rigor and organization

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on different subjects

• Developed autonomy and curiosity

• Positive spirit and taste for teamwork

• Professional English is a plus.

Your future working conditions

Contract type: Apprenticeship

Position start date: Ideally from August or September 2024

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Remuneration: In accordance with legal provisions

Work location: Position based in Montreuil (93)

Benefits: 1 to 2 days of teleworking per week (depending on alternating schedule).

Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €10, 60% of which is covered by Asmae. Navigo package or sustainable mobility package.
