Manage the real estate offering within the sectors

Build real estate benchmarks in a coordinated manner with the programmer of the Real Estate and Heritage Department
Work with the sectors to project the economic sustainability of real estate benchmarks
Set up feedback following deliveries concerning usage control in order to continuously improve real estate benchmarks
Coordinate the drafting of business equipment specifications with the Purchasing department for launching calls for tender, analyze offers and attend defenses

Strengthen the interface between the DGAE, the DIP and other internal and external partners

Help to structure the interaction methods and processes between the sectors and the DIP, as well as with third-party partners (Red Cross Habitat, SCI, other lessor, etc.)
Attend annual real estate reviews and provide expertise to the sectors if necessary
Support and structure the professionalization of the Maintenance, Upkeep and Security function within the French Red Cross
Produce summaries of real estate files for the attention of the DGA prior to follow-up meetings

Support complex projects (one-off or long-term)

Reassemble and format expressions of operational need
Proceed with the rereading of programs and consultation launch documents
Assist in the analysis of project management market responses and attend defenses
Occasionally carry out a User Management Assistance mission Support
establishments in the preparation and drafting of financing files such as PAI, AAP, etc.

Fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months

360° vision of the real estate and construction chain
Knowledge of the latest regulatory and environmental developments (tertiary decree, AER decree, ZAN law, etc.)
Mastery of the operation of setting up real estate projects through royalties with third parties (lessors, SCI, etc.)
Mastery of the operational functioning of medico-social and health structures
Mastery of the system for setting up Multi-Year Investment Plans
Knowledge of the procedure for AAPs, PAIs and other similar financing files

Bac +5 in real estate/construction

Operational experience in a social, medico-social or health environment, minimum 2 years
