Reporting to the Territorial Director, you will be responsible for an EHPAD (82 beds) including 12 places for Aging Disabled People. You will manage the establishment within the framework of the strategy and values defined by the association.
As a director, you have complete autonomy and contribute to several innovative and exciting projects (living@home, third places, CRT, autonomous teams, and other new management systems)
Your daily missions are structured as follows :
- Manage teams and steer the establishment’s activity in all aspects: occupancy rate, payroll control, financial situation, administrative management, HR, quality, real estate, security of people and property, etc. In particular, you are responsible for its financial balance and a good social climate,
- Maintain team dynamics and motivation, involve them and unite them around specific projects
- Promote business development projects
- Register and develop the establishment’s actions within local networks and create new partnerships.
- Pilot the CPOM currently being signed

With higher education in management of a medico-social or health establishment Level I minimum, you have experience in management of a medico-social or health establishment.
Experienced manager, woman or man in the field, you are recognized for your ability to establish a relationship of trust with your contacts (internal and external).
In addition to your rigor and your financial management skills , you have mastered the regulations of the medical-social sector.
Human issues are at the heart of your action; they require analytical skills and perspective in decision-making.
