Overview:

Mercy Ships seeks an experienced Global Recruitment Manager to lead and coordinate global recruitment efforts. This remote role will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and ensure alignment with organizational staffing needs across Programmatic, Surgical, Technical, and General areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead and coordinate global recruitment teams.
• • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• • Oversee talent pool management and alumni engagement.
• • Provide training and continuous development for recruiters.
• • Track recruitment metrics and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably globally.
• • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
• • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
