Responsibilities:
Recruit & attract needed professionals as per adopted annual employment plan
Carry out all employment procedures, vacancy advertisement, CV processing & interviewing in coordination with relevant departments
Evaluate & select top candidates for advertised jobs & assist in drafting job descriptions
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration or any HR-related specialization
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant practical experience, preferably with previous experience in humanitarian/charitable organizations
Competent use of computer applications/software
Good command of Arabic & English (speaking & writing)
