Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Finance for Operations, your role will be to:
Update the monitoring of receivables and lead the exchange of information Check and ensure the reliability of the mission receivables monitoring tables by updating them, in conjunction with the regions and the related documents
Coordinate donor reminders with the regions
Coordinate communication between the international accounting department and the regions on the subject of receivables
Compare and analyze mission transfer requests against forecasts
Contribute to the SAGA tool development project at headquarters and in the field Participate, in conjunction with the Project Manager and the International Accounting Officer, in defining the specifications for the modifications/corrections to be made by the software publisher on software version upgrades
Conduct the acceptance of the publisher’s deliveries and ensure all testing
Participate in the deployment of new versions of SAGA in the field
Contribute, in conjunction with the Project Manager and the International Accounting Officer project manager and the International Accounting Officer, to update accounting procedures following the upgrade of SAGA
Support the Delegated ManagementDepending on the workload on missions 1 and 2, provide support on current files of the Delegated Management department

Profile:

You have an accounting background, with work experience in NGO headquarters.
You ideally have knowledge of SAGA and UBW.
You are able to implement a carbon accounting tool and use an accounting software package (Agresso, Saga) and banking software (Turbo, Exabanque).
You know how to demonstrate tact, flexibility and skill in your relationships with your contacts.
You are particularly competent in communication, which you know how to make effective, both orally and in writing.
You are a good teacher in your work.
You are responsive and able to quickly switch from one activity and/or theme to another.
You know how to organize your work and manage priorities.
Working in an international environment, you have a good command of English, both orally and in writing.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 12-month fixed-term contract until 09/12/2025 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
