Terms of Reference : Final External Evaluation
“Supporting sustainable and inclusive growth in the Palestinian territory through digital inclusion”

Overall objective: To bypass the obstacles to development in the Occupied Palestinian Territories by providing life-long learning opportunities on digital tools and perspectives.

Specific objectives: Enhancing young Palestinians’ employability through the improvement of digital perspectives for personal and professional growth.

The evaluation is expected to be : 1 October – 6 November 2021 (Date of delivery of the Final report)

All bids must be submitted before 28 / 07 / 2021 at 12:00 PM Ramallah local time at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place in the ACTED representative’s office at Acted Office –Ramallah – Al Massaif – MAKKAWI comercial complex – 6th floor – office #604 or ACTED 29 / 07 / 2021 at 12:00 PM (Ramallah time) . Bidder’s are encouraged to attend online, but attendance is not compulsory.
