VisionFund International a partner of World Vision International is seeking to upgrade T24 Core Banking System (CBS) versions for VisionFund Kenya (R20), Malawi (R14) and Uganda (R14). MFIs currently use T24 to track their daily operations on loans, customer, impact, delinquency etc. Upgrading the CBS will reduce support costs, provide a current module as well as make the latest T24 technologies available for developing operations.
World Vision is looking to have a fixed price contract for this effort.

VisionFund will evaluate proposals and select a Supplier, at its discretion. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Relevant experience supporting T24 Core Banking System (30%): This metric will assess the vendor’s experience and track record in providing support for T24 Core Banking System. The vendor’s experience in implementing and supporting the system will be evaluated.
2. Qualifications and experience of the proposed team (20%): This metric will evaluate the proposed team’s qualifications and experience in supporting T24 Core Banking System by reviewing the relevant accreditations and certifications. The team’s expertise in relevant areas such as system maintenance, architecture, database management, and system integration will be evaluated.
3. Proposed approach to supporting the system (25%): This metric will evaluate the vendor’s proposed approach to supporting the system. The vendor’s methodology, tools, and processes for providing support will be evaluated.
4. Cost-effectiveness of the proposal (20%): This metric will evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the vendor’s proposal. The vendor’s pricing structure and proposed budget will be evaluated.
5. Quality of references (5%): This metric will evaluate the quality of the vendor’s references from other clients who have used their services for T24 Core Banking System support.

5) Describe your experience in partnering with other global NGO clients (if any).
6) Provide your company’s audited financial statements for the current year and the last three (3) fiscal years.
7) Provide a list of your major customers, with contact information, that are similar in size and culture as World Vision and have contracted with your company for similar requirements. World Vision may choose to contact them for reference purposes.
8) Provide a list of any subcontractors that your company uses or will use to provide the goods and/ or services requested by World Vision.
9) Describe any conflicts of interest that your company may have in entering into a relationship with World Vision.
10) List any other integration platform or tool technologies in which your company may have expertise.
11) Notable Clients and Reference: In your proposal, please include 5 of your most notable clients as well as specifications pertaining to the extent that they use your system (for example Walt Disney corporation, 100TB library, 1TB daily upload, largest single file 50GB).
