- Gross monthly salary of: €2,865 or €2,985 depending on the scale in force at the head office and the candidates’ experience
- Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face time per month (monthly package paid). Depending on the profile and experience of the candidates and in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.

The Accountability and Partnership Development Directorate (RDP) is a department of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL whose mission is to ensure a high level of transparency and accountability, vis-à-vis our external partners, in the implementation of our humanitarian activities and the development of our private and public partnerships.
This purpose is served by the integration of a wide range of expertise and responsibilities at the department level:
- Management of the implementation partnership cycle with the various operational IS partners
- Management of the grant cycle for humanitarian projects with the organization’s various public donors
- Management and development of global partnership relations with public donors
- Management and development of global partnership relations with private stakeholders (Companies/Foundations, etc.)
- Management of external financial and organizational audits carried out by IS partners
In this department, you will work within the Private Partnerships Service, the purpose of which is to mobilize the resources of private actors (companies and foundations in particular) in the service of the humanitarian objectives and activities of Solidarités International.
Main functions of the position:
- Development and management of a network of external contacts within the private sector in France and internationally
- Representation of the association at events or forums linked to the private sector
- Prospecting for new partners and retaining the organization’s historic partners
- Seeking funding from the private sector to support Solidarités International’s humanitarian programs and activities
- Development of skills sponsorship and monitoring of missions carried out alongside requesting departments within Headquarters
- Management and monitoring of donations and grants
- Contractual and administrative management of partnership agreements with the private sector to ensure exemplary accountability to IS partners
- Working closely with the association’s various teams to ensure the proper implementation of projects with respect to partners
- University training related to the position (marketing, business school, international relations, law, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an association or foundation in functions related to fundraising, philanthropy and partnership with the private sector
- Desired skills: Very good knowledge of the philanthropic environment in France and internationally, negotiation and diplomacy skills, analytical skills, excellent command of the Office suite; Knowledge of companies’ expectations in terms of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and patronage.
- Humanitarian or development experience would be a plus
- Languages: Fluent French and English required

- Proven experience in partnership and sponsorship management, including drafting proposals and managing partnership agreements.
- Excellent editorial and summary quality.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: being able to present the structure and its actions to different interlocutors and in different formats.
- Ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
- Ability to analyze data, measure the impact of actions taken and provide detailed reports.
- Excellent command of project management software, CRM and communication tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to propose new ideas and identify opportunities for the association.
- Know how to manage several projects at the same time with method and organization.
- Strong listening, communication and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to humanitarian values and those of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL.
