Assignment :

Under the supervision of the HRIS Service Manager, your missions will be to:
Support and provide technical support to key users of HRIS applications
Ensure the maintenance, development and optimization of our HRIS applications (Homer, Nibelis, Talentsoft and Notilus)
Contribute to the implementation of HRIS projects in support of the MOA/MOE
The priorities upon taking up the position will be the resumption of data consistency control, monitoring of user rights, taking charge of payroll formulas for Homer and responding to business requests in terms of queries.

Profile:

You have a technical “data analyst” profile, ideally with knowledge of the HR field.
You are proficient in the use and operation of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Access), advanced Excel functions and ideally one or more HRIS tools.
You are solution-oriented to provide support to users, write technical documentation, and develop HRIS applications.
You have good listening and communication skills, both orally and in writing, and are capable of tact, flexibility and skill in dealing with your contacts.
Responsive and rigorous, you know how to organize your work and manage priorities.
You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Fixed-term contract to replace an absent employee – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT

A mandatory presence at the headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined for this position
