Mission Description

Join our team as an Emergency Partnerships Officer where you will have the opportunity to define and develop the strategy on critical projects in Latin America/Caribbean and other areas of intervention (Africa, Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe).

You will develop impactful responses via a nexus approach to improve the living conditions of the populations concerned and contribute to the strengthening of local actors.

Your daily life:

  • Develop the intervention strategy in the crisis areas within your perimeter,
  • Lead and strengthen partnerships with local stakeholders by setting precise and clear objectives,
  • Monitor the progress of projects and evaluate them while ensuring budgetary and programmatic compliance,
  • Provide methodological and thematic support to local partners,
  • Contribute to advocacy actions on humanitarian crises and represent the SCCF with institutions and NGO networks,
  • Monitor the development of crises in your area and identify new partnership opportunities,
  • Collaborate on cross-functional work and the life of the Pole and the Management.

Profile

Your assets for success:

  • You are comfortable with humanitarian project management and have mastered MEAL aspects,
  • Experienced: 3 years including 2 in emergency contexts (based in the countries of intervention),
  • Rigorous, organized, you have a natural leadership ability to work with local partners,
  • A true communicator, your sense of collaboration and your pragmatism are your assets for success,
  • Language proficiency (C2/C1): Spanish, English, French.
