Job Description:

Project Implementation and Planning

  • Attend and actively participate in project-related meetings with stakeholders to align on project objectives and milestones.
  • Oversee capacity building assessment results, plan to address identified gaps, and this with relevant stakeholders are delivered in a coordinated, communicated, and timely manner by the two capacity building officers
  • Oversee trainings are delivered on time and high quality
  • Collaborate directly with the project officer in NWS and the project Manager in Jordan to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Oversee the registration process for expressions of interest from associations looking to join the project (WLO Profile and Application Process)
  • Partner selection: Selection of WLOs: Lead the WLOs selection process based on the quality of their proposals.
  • Partner Vetting: take the full ownership of conducting block party screening and Due Diligence for each awarded WLOs
  • Conduct monthly field visits to each CSO, providing continuous communication, support, and consultation.
  • Partner Contracting: review subgrant agreement (SGAs) for the selected WLOs in coordination with Project Manager.
  • Work closely with Project Manager in developing, maintaining, and continuously updating work plans, including detailed action plan and capacity development action plan.
  • Ensure high quality of capacity building assessment results, a plan to address identified gaps, and this with relevant stakeholders are delivered in a coordinated, communicated, and timely manner in coordination with two capacity building officers
  • Oversee trainings are delivered on time and high quality
  • Collaborate with the World Vision International team for adapting the World Vision’s organizational curriculum.
  • Supervise and guide the two capacity officers.

Capacity building and training

  • Being a key session speaker for partnerships module. This person will lead 2 modules, and the training will be done twice per the given locations (Türkiye and NWS).
  • Being main responsible of the partnerships modules’ assignment s and their scoring for 24 WLOs.
  • Seek technical guidance from Partnerships Manager as necessary.

Required Professional Experience

Working experiences of at least 3 years in humanitarian sector, specific experience in , Partnerships/localization/women related projects

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Bachelor degree ( preferably in Women Studies/Social Sciences)

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written), Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Motivated to work in humanitarian field and grow professionally, eager and quick to learn Experience working on projects funded by international donors, preferably by UNFPA, BHA, DEC, ECHO, multi European institutional donors, and other private funding Familiar with core principles of Children’s Rights, Child Protection, Participation, and ‘Do No Harm.’ Knowledge of and adherence to the Child Protection, Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct
