Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the curriculum development process for TVET courses. The ideal candidate will direct a team in designing, structuring, and implementing course materials that integrate technical expertise with key soft skills. This role requires a skilled project manager with a solid understanding of educational technologies and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end development of the TVET curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and project objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine curriculum content in technical fields (e.g., Backend, Flutter, Frontend).
  • Instructional Design Implementation: Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences using educational technology.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, advisors, facilitators, and the administrative team, to ensure smooth integration of technical and soft skills within the curriculum.
  • Soft Skills and Community Building: Coordinate sessions to build trust and social networks among trainees, fostering a supportive and cohesive learning community.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold the quality of instructional materials and activities, ensuring they align with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical specialization, Education, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, especially in educational projects or curriculum development for technical training programs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical fields such as software development (Backend, Frontend, Flutter) is highly desirable.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design principles and educational technology tools.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
