About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Assignment :
Within the Operations Department and under the supervision of the Regional Logistics Officer – West Africa, Southern Africa and France Mission, your mission will be to provide support to the Regional Logistics Officers (RLR) on field logistics compliance. In
this context, your responsibilities will be to:
Ensure the compliance of purchasing files
Participate in the reporting and analysis of logistics activities of the Country Offices
Ensure the pre-audit of a Country Office (including partners) on an ad hoc basis in the field
Provide temporary support on logistics activities on request
Upon your arrival, the priorities will be to take charge of the position and the support dimension to the 4 Intervention Pools, as well as mastery of the purchasing file verification process.
Travel to the Country Offices is to be expected 1 to 2 times per year (potentially complicated context).

Profile:
You have a Bac+3/+5 qualification in auditing and/or logistics with at least 2 years of experience in these fields, including in particular the analysis of logistics purchasing procedure documents and the interpretation of donor contractual documents. You
have a good knowledge of logistics issues and an appetite for international solidarity.
You are able to manage and unite a team, and find solutions to improve individual and collective performance.
Rigorous, organized and responsive, you also know how to manage priorities.
You are able to adapt to a difficult environment when traveling to Country Offices.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transport allowances: 50% coverage of the package between home and the workplace

A mandatory presence at the headquarters of 1 day per month has been defined for this position
Face-to-face time collective imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
