About the Role
SAP Data entry and Operations Admin – Senior Officer executes data quality control QC for inventory transactions entered into SAP via WMS. This includes tracking and reporting on IDM-related Indicators and supporting additional data entry tasks for the BizOps IDM department. You will guide process improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery to farmers, ensuring all transactions are tracked and quality-checked. By maintaining data integrity, you will ensure inventory flows correctly, improving efficiency and support to farmers
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data into SAP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform daily operational tasks, including data uploads, downloads, and system reconciliations.
- Monitor and resolve SAP system errors, collaborating with IT teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Develop documentation of SAP data entry procedures and operational processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP data entry and operational processes.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in SAP data entry and operations administration.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, including modules such as MM, SD, and FI.
- Strong understanding of business operations and data management principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Crystal Reports.
