JOB OBJECTIVES:

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the HR Specialist Manager:

  • You are responsible for business integration and skills development of HR Program Managers in the field.
  • You support and advise HR Program Managers in developing the HR Strategy, the Operational Strategy , the related HR action plans by program, and the associated KPIs.
  • You ensure the quality of HR management on the programs you follow.
  • You are a key partner in the development of social missions and you are recognized for your added value to the programs.
  • You lead the HR business network by providing business training , developing opportunities for peer-to-peer exchanges and you play a coaching role for all the HR Program Managers that you support.
  • You are responsible for the deployment and contextualization of institutional HR projects in your area and you ensure the proper implementation of HI HR standards.
  • In your role as business referent, you are also responsible for monitoring the quality of HR standards and implementing internal controls during your business trips to the areas of operation.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources within a global and international organization
  • You master the HR cycle
  • You know how to write HR frameworks
  • You have a good knowledge of technical HR subjects (mastery of the salary scale/revision, career monitoring and development, skills development, etc.)
  • You speak English fluently and have a good command of the Office Pack

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:

The position is based in Lyon and requires regular field travel (maximum 6 to 8 weeks per year).

The premises in Lyon are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A car park and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The workspace is very bright.

A disability representative is available to answer any questions and assist you with your procedures. The position can be adapted to suit your needs.

JOB CONDITIONS:

12-month fixed-term contract, to be filled as soon as possible
