Mission :

Under the supervision of the Area Coordinator, your mission will be to implement the mission’s policy to ensure performance and provide the best support to programs in its area. You will provide support for Human Resources management and replace the HR Department Manager in their absence.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
Participate in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies across the mission
Supervise the administrative management of national staff and help ensure consistency in the organization of work in connection with Homère
Feed the collective rules of the mission in connection with the HR RDD and ensure their follow-up
Participate in the exchange of internal information at ACF and in the management of professional relations with external partners
Implement and monitor collaboration with ACF’s internal local partners
Provide HR support in the capital and for the bases
Supervise and accompany the HR team in the capital
You will manage a team of 6 people.
Field trips are to be expected in the bases of the West Zone.

Profile :

You hold a Bac+4 in Human Resources (HR), Administrative Sciences or Personnel Management and you have significant professional experience (at least 4 years) in HR. You also have experience in team management. You
know the fundamentals of collective and individual HR management. You master the local labor code, staff representation, conflict management, compensation and benefits, payroll and personnel administration, recruitment, training, job and skills management.
Proactive, rigorous and caring, you have a great sense of confidentiality, organization, diplomacy and priority management. You also have good analytical skills, expression (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in management and IT tools (Word, Excel).

International applications:
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months until 01/14/2026
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed allowance per RnR
National applications:
Basic monthly salary: $1895-1999
Housing allowance: $569-600
Medical coverage: 100% coverage
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Annual leave: 2 days/full month worked
13th month paid in 2 installments annually in proportion to the number of days worked
