To complete the following tasks and more:
- Preparing the required reports on various projects
- Assist in conducting field assessments.
- Managing the emergency team in distribution and recovery operations within the established standards.
- Support the team in monitoring engineering and other activities in the field and ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with the quality and technical specifications set by ACTED.
- Recording and forwarding all complaints and suggestions received while in the field to the direct supervisor.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of field data, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, manage the data collection team, prepare the necessary reports.
- Oversee camp projects, including overseeing resource distribution, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents, and coordinating daily activities.
- Maintain and repair facilities and infrastructure in camps, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Performs maintenance and repair work on technical devices and equipment.
- Contributes to improving technical performance and provides technical support to field teams when needed.
The applicant must have the following qualifications that are compatible with the vacancy applied for:
- To have a minimum of an institute certificate or higher (university degree or equivalent).
- Experience in supervising and managing the team efficiently.
- Have at least one year of similar experience.
- Have experience working on Kobo.
- To be able to work within a team.
- To have a high ability to communicate and dialogue with different groups.
- The applicant must be able to move between the regions of northern Syria.
