Positions and jobs required:

Professional worker (requires high skill level) Vacancies are as follows:

  1. Data Collector Supervisor
  2. Technical Supervisor / Technical Specialist
  3. Field Supervisor (Field Supervisor of Food Security and Livelihoods Projects, Supervisor of Camp Management and Coordination Department Projects, Supervisor of Camps Project…)
  4. Distribution Manager
  5. Maintenance Supervisor

To complete the following tasks and more:

  1. Preparing the required reports on various projects
  2. Assist in conducting field assessments.
  3. Managing the emergency team in distribution and recovery operations within the established standards.
  4. Support the team in monitoring engineering and other activities in the field and ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with the quality and technical specifications set by ACTED.
  5. Recording and forwarding all complaints and suggestions received while in the field to the direct supervisor.
  6. Supervise the collection and analysis of field data, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, manage the data collection team, prepare the necessary reports.
  7. Oversee camp projects, including overseeing resource distribution, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents, and coordinating daily activities.
  8. Maintain and repair facilities and infrastructure in camps, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  9. Performs maintenance and repair work on technical devices and equipment.
  10. Contributes to improving technical performance and provides technical support to field teams when needed.

The applicant must have the following qualifications that are compatible with the vacancy applied for:

  1. To have a minimum of an institute certificate or higher (university degree or equivalent).
  2. Experience in supervising and managing the team efficiently.
  3. Have at least one year of similar experience.
  4. Have experience working on Kobo.
  5. To be able to work within a team.
  6. To have a high ability to communicate and dialogue with different groups.
  7. The applicant must be able to move between the regions of northern Syria.
