About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Logistics Tools and Methods Department Manager, your role will be to ensure the development, developments and maintenance of Logistics Information Systems, in coordination with the stakeholders concerned.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Manage Logistics IS projects – new information systems or developments – under your responsibility
Manage maintenance and user support for the IS under your responsibility
Ensure communication on IS projects, their developments and the corrections made
Maintain a watch on the IS needs of the logistics department
Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional projects
Ensure team management

Profile :
You have training and/or experience (2-5 years) in IT project management, on the “business” side.
You are particularly competent in project management, activity planning, budget monitoring, horizontal coordination, management.
You have good communication skills, writing and summarizing documents, formalizing processes and needs, leading meetings and workshops. You
have a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite and project management and/or ticketing tools. Knowledge/proficiency in Confulence, Jira, GLPI or SI Link are a plus.
You are fluent in French and English.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 46K to 55K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT

No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
