Assignment :

Within the Collection and General Public department, under the supervision of the Donor Relations Coordinator, with whom you will work closely, you ensure the relationship monitoring of donors and the general public in order to build their loyalty and ensure the processing and monitoring of donations collected.
You will be responsible for the following missions:
– Ensure Donor Relations and its monitoring: Respond to calls and emails from donors and the general public, process donor requests, process collection initiatives, provide an advisory role to donors, and update the database.
– Ensure operational management and monitoring of donations and requests: Process donations received, transmit information to service providers and ensure operational monitoring, process service provider requests, inform service providers about corrective actions, respond to requests from collection services on the processing of donations, and verify the concordance of data recorded in the various tools.
– Participate in improving the management of Donor Relations: contribute to monitoring tools and practices, participate in implementing the strategy for sustaining the relationship with donors, contribute to monitoring the service and contribute to quantitative and qualitative analyses of the activity. – Participate in
the management and animation of the Pole’s volunteers: ensure the training and monitoring of volunteers and ensure the distribution of the volunteers’ work with the pole.

Profile:

You have a BTS or DUT qualification in business unit management, negotiation and customer relations, marketing techniques and business and administration management.
You are proficient in IT and office tools, including the Office suite and commercial relationship management (CRM) software.
You have knowledge of the challenges of fundraising.
You are recognized for your writing skills and mastery of spelling.

Conditions of employment

Status: Supervisor – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Ile-De-France
Salary conditions: From 30K to 34K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan area, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. Times spent at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of mandatory presence when integrating a new employee into the team.
