Focus on the Human Resources Management Department
The Human Resources Management Department is made up of 08 people. The mission of its members is to provide administrative follow-up for the interns, work-study students, employees and expatriates of the association.
And what about the Human Resources Management Assistant in all this?
As a Human Resources Management Assistant, you will actively contribute to the administrative management of personnel, in particular the management of personnel files, contracts and administrative documents, for the population areas to which you are attached.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Preparation, classification of administrative files and integration of staff: You will be responsible for collecting and recording the documents necessary for contractualization, drawing up contracts, sending framework and institutional documents to new arrivals, affiliation with relevant social organizations according to the populations, classification and archiving of staff files.
- Organization of movements: You will be in charge of managing visa applications, ticketing via our external service provider and booking hotel nights.
- Administrative management: You will be in charge of the administrative monitoring of absences and working arrangements. You will support employees in understanding procedures and their formalization for leave. You will prepare the documents necessary for audits and various certificates. You will collect and prepare the information necessary for regulatory administrative investigations. You will check the invoices of the various organizations.
- Management of expense reports and various invoices: You will control the eligibility of expenses, and you will control the invoices linked to expenses made with the PUI card.
- Participation in the life of the HR Department: You will actively participate in service and department meetings. You will participate in the capitalization of administrative management procedures for expatriate and head office staff.

– Numerous expatriate movements departing or returning from missions are expected over the period – Continuous developments in the entry conditions in our different countries of intervention
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Training : You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources.
- Experience : You have at least one year of experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international NGO. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills : Do you know the basics of French labor law? Do you have knowledge of the specificities of expatriate staff management? This position is for you!
- Required qualities : You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
- Languages : Do you speak French and English fluently? This is essential for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Executive
- Salary: 2360 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
- Medical coverage: 100% of the Health and Welfare mutual insurance
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
