About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
Reporting to the Head of the Donations & Philanthropy Division, and in close collaboration with the people in charge of promoting donations as well as with the other departments of the Association (donor relations, CFO, CEO, etc.), your main missions will be to manage legacy, donation and life insurance files in favor of ACF, from the opening of the file to the perfect cessation of assets and the collection of funds.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Carry out the legal analysis of the estate assets, inheritance deeds and draft real estate deeds, as well as the proper valuation of assets.
Work in collaboration with the stakeholders involved in inheritances and donations: notaries, heirs, lawyers, real estate agencies.
Prepare inheritance or donation files to be submitted for acceptance or waiver by the Board of Directors.
Ensure the sale, under the best conditions, of movable and immovable property.
Participate in any inventory meetings upon express delegation of signature.
Check the management of accounts before closing and carry out regular reporting on files and difficulties encountered.
Ensure the monitoring of counterparts of legatees. Monitor and carry out requests from testators.
Participate in the development of the Donations and Philanthropy Division.
Participate in the development of management tools and procedures within the Division.
Contribute to the strategic and marketing thinking of the Division.
Profile:
Holder of a higher education (bac+3 or more) in private law, notarial law or property law, you have initial experience in marketing of gifts. Experience in the charity sector and/or within a Social Solidarity Enterprise would be an asset.
You have solid legal knowledge in notarial law, family law and/or real estate law.
Recognized for your rigor, you know how to develop relationships of trust and quickly take ownership of files. You have perfect mastery of the Office pack (Excel, Word, Outlook).
You appreciate teamwork within a dynamic and motivated department, and you demonstrate good organizational and anticipation skills. You are comfortable with oral and written communication.
You know how to be discreet.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent Full-time
Start date: 03/17/2025
Location: Ile-De-France
Remuneration: From 34K to 41K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT

Transport allowances: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace

Teleworking: Teleworking open to all from the metropolitan area. This position requires a mandatory presence at headquarters of 8 days per month. Collective face-to-face time imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
