BACKGROUND

The German NGO Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation founded in 1952. The organisation is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, and is active in the field of health and social services. In Germany, Johanniter has 30,000 employees, 46,000 volunteers and around 1.2 million sponsoring members.

At international level, JUH (Johanniter International Assistance) carries out humanitarian aid and development cooperation projects in 23 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America/Caribbean. Funding comes mainly from the European Union, the German Government and private donations.

In the LAC region, development cooperation and humanitarian aid projects are implemented through local partner organizations.

JOB PROFILE

The JUH Colombia office (Bogotá) is looking for an Accounting and HR Assistant who will have the following responsibilities:

Accounting Area:

  • Organize the digital file of the COL0105 project according to the structure defined by the JUH Colombia office.
  • Prepare monthly records of information from the JUH Colombia office to the SIIGO accounting system.
  • Prepare documentation to comply with the SAGRILAFT procedure.
  • If necessary, support the review of monthly financial reports of partner organizations.

Human Resources Area:

  • Update the Occupational Health and Safety System of the JUH Colombia Office.
  • Organize and manage the physical and digital personnel archive according to current Colombian regulations and the HR policies of the JUH.
  • If necessary, support HR-related processes at the JUH Colombia Office.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Student in final semesters or Professional in Accounting, Human Resources and Business Administration or related careers.
  • Professional experience in the mentioned areas of at least three (3) years.
  • Solid knowledge of document management and analysis, accounting regulations and SIIGO program, human resources management and SG-SST.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Contract: Provision of Services

Contract start date: Possible start date: March 15, 2025

Duration: 6 months

SELECTION CRITERIA
