About HALO Trust: The HALO Trust is the world’s largest international humanitarian Mine Action Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). HALO’s Syria Program: HALO’s program in Syria was established in 2016 and is coordinated from offices in Amman, Jordan, and Syria. HALO conducts its projects in Syria through national NGO partners and a HALO Field Office in Kelli, Idleb. Current projects in Syria include Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Non-Technical Survey (NTS), and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE).

- EORE activities in the targeted communities
- Conduct activities according to the work plan.
- Report all EORE activities on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all directives issued by the Team Leader/Deputy Team leader in the absence of the Team Leader.

Requirements
Essential:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Possession of strong fundamental skills, including:
- communication
- Initiative
- Self-motivation.
- Analytical thinking and
- Problem solving.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently within specified timeframes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under field pressure.
Preferred Criteria:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the NGO sector.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Proven competency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in EORE and training
- Work in the field Experience.
Basic criteria:
- High school diploma or higher.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently within specified time frames.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- 1 to 2 years experience in NGO sector.
- Good level of writing and speaking in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in awareness and training
- Field work experience.
