This personnel will have the function priority is the monitoring and control of the delegated cooperation programs/projects in the destination country, applying (and helping to apply), with solvency, the standards and procedures and common practices, recognized as more effective and efficient, applicable to entity projects. of any field so that they advance optimally, adjusting to their cost, scope and schedule baselines.
Manage changes that are essential for the proper execution of the project.
Financial and administrative control of the programs/projects and payment capabilities, maintaining the relationship between collections and payments in a positive way, so that the programs/projects meet their payment obligations with the billed party.
Monitor that programs/projects are executed within the agreed time frame and take appropriate early action to correct deviations.
Help obtain, manage and use the necessary resources for the execution of the Project.
Control the risks and exert influence on those identified, trying to avoid or reduce the negative ones and enhance the positive ones.
Control purchasing procedures and resolve contract problems.
Manage the communication channels of the programs/projects and establish meetings, supporting the training of program/project team members.
Follow-up and monitoring trips to programs/projects in the region.

Engineering Degree (level 3 MECES) or Bachelor’s/Degree + Official Master’s degree related to rural development, environment, agriculture, food safety, economic, business and legal sciences (Qualification approved in Spain). English

Previous Experience
At least 5 years of experience in management and implementation of development cooperation projects.

Offered:
– Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 16 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with financing that comes from European Union Funds.
