Empresa de Transformación Agraria, SA, SME, MP, parent company of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in work related to the development of the rural environment and nature conservation, seeks to incorporate 1 University Graduate for Coordination of the Spanish technical team for humanitarian aid and response (START Team)

Functions and Tasks

  • Perform the liaison functions between the OAH (Humanitarian Action Office) and the organization that manages the assignment, justifying to both the results delivered by the AT team and the work carried out in the management tasks of the START hospital both in technical content, as well as in the economic component.
  • Plan the management tasks of the START hospital both for the scheduling of the work and for the justification of the times before the OAH and the organization that manages the order
  • Support the OAH in the tasks of coordination and dialogue with national and international organizations with which the START hospital is or may be directly or indirectly related, updating all documents and standards that are affected by the changes proposed by said organizations or by the OAH.
  • Controlling the costs of the sustainability project order, justifying them to the Order Management Organization and the Humanitarian Action Office
  • Participate and support in coordinating OAH emergency response exits with the START hospital or other interventions designated by OAH
  • Collaborate with the AT in the preparation and execution of meetings, forums, training, exercises and simulations, and support the OAH in its logistical, diplomatic and administrative management.

Specific Requirements

  • Official training certificate or proof of payment for the application for the certificate or academic certificate of completed studies (including the Final Project).
  • Employment history and/or employment contract that allows verification and accreditation of the required experience.

Qualification

  • Possess a degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Diploma, Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Degree + Official Master’s Degree (Degree approved in Spain).

Languages

  • English, Minimum Level B2 (the level will be verified during the Selection process).

Previous Experience

  • At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in logistics management in the areas of humanitarian aid
  • At least 3 years of work experience in projects related to emergency operations, with operations related to field hospitals being considered
  • At least 1 year of work experience in field hospitals within the EMT (Emergency Medical Teams) initiative
  • At least 2 years of work experience in human resources management and financial management

Other Essential Requirements

  • Type B driving license (valid in Spain)

Previous Experience

  • From 1 year Up to 10 years of experience in methodological tools within the framework of programming and planning of similar projects, in the field of Spanish Cooperation and/or the European Union
  • From 1 year Up to 10 years of experience in administrative and financial procedures of the Public Administration (law of public sector contracts)
  • From 4 years to 10 years of experience in projects related to emergency operations, with operations related to field hospitals being considered
  • From 2 years to 10 years of experience working in field hospitals within the EMT (Emergency Medical Teams) initiative

Other Meritorious Factors

  • Knowledge of the internal procedures of the Tragsa Group
  • At least a C1 level of English (this can be verified during the selection process)

Observations

Offered:

– Fixed-term contract for substitution with an estimated duration of 1 month, depending on the cause.

– Full time.

The contract will be formalized based on the highest accredited and approved official qualification provided by the selected person, of those indicated in the offer.
