Assignment :

In a team made up of 5 people, the Manager and 4 Account Managers under the supervision of an Account Manager, your mission will be to contribute to the development of Action Against Hunger’s corporate partnership activities.
Mainly, your missions revolve around the following two axes:
Contribute to the development of partnership activities in line with the division’s strategy by ensuring strategic monitoring, preparation and participation in prospecting and loyalty meetings, making contact with incoming requests.
Contribute to the proper functioning of the division by updating the activity monitoring and framing tools of the division (database, company briefs, reports, updating of monitoring tools, etc.), management administrative (registration of donations, monitoring of agreements) and contribute to the various requests according to the needs of the center

Profile:

You are preparing for a Bac+4/5 (major business schools, IEP, major universities, etc.). Ideally you have a first experience in the ESS sector, sponsorship or philanthropy is a plus.
You have skills in
Prospecting and Loyalty
You are recognized for your tact, your flexibility and your ability in relationships with your interlocutors; You are endowed with creativity and strength of proposal, you are rigorous and organized in your work, more particularly in the management of partners.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Desired pace: 2 days in training / 3 days in a company
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC in depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% covered of the package between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
