Mission :

Under the supervision of the coordinator of the Donor Relations Department, you will be the right arm of our team, contributing with passion to the deployment of our relationship strategy with our valued donors.
Your missions will be as varied as they are motivating:
You will coordinate with our donation capture service provider, closely monitoring the processing of contributions, communicating effectively with the different teams involved, and ensuring the quality of the service provided.
You will provide valuable support to the management of support providers, by closely monitoring the processing of tax receipts, ensuring rigorous monitoring of exchanges with our donors by call or email, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our practices. .
You will contribute to the constant improvement of our processes by ensuring compliance with procedures, proposing adjustments for optimal management, and actively participating in the creation or updating of administrative tools to better serve our donors.
You will participate in in-depth, qualitative and quantitative analyses, to learn valuable lessons about our relationships with our donors and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Finally, you will take part in our innovation process by participating in monitoring new Donor Relations practices and tools, and by contributing to our reflection on the evolution of our methods through external and internal benchmarks.

If you are preparing for higher education Bac +2, +3 or equivalent, in areas such as marketing techniques, sales administration, marketing or customer relations, then this opportunity is for you!
Recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your listening skills, you will be able to establish a privileged link with the various interlocutors in your position. Capable of initiative and autonomy, comfortable with managing several activities simultaneously, you are also appreciated for your organizational skills. You have a good command of Office Pack (Access, Word, Excel for advanced functions, Powerpoint) and you are comfortable with figures.
A strong sensitivity to solidarity actions or voluntary commitment would be a plus.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Duration of contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of attendance)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Passes- restaurant: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 16 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
