Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. As an intern in the Donor Relations Department, you will have the opportunity to work under the careful supervision of our Collection Department Coordinator, and to have a direct impact on our humanitarian mission. Here is an overview of what awaits you:
Donor Relationship Management:
– You will actively participate in responding to donors through different communication channels, thus guaranteeing a quality experience for our valued supporters.
– Your contribution to updating our database will ensure compliance with GDPR standards and the satisfaction of our donors.
Operational Monitoring and Donation Management:
– You will be involved in monitoring digitized requests and managing donations sent to our service providers. By entering donations according to our internal procedures, you will help maintain the efficiency of our collection processes.
Continuous Improvement of Donor Relations:
– You will be invited to participate in the creation and updating of dialogue tools with our donors, as well as reflections on our current practices. The testimonies collected during debriefings with our expatriates will enrich the content of our responses to donors.
Support and Visibility:
– You will provide valuable support to the analysis of the service’s activity and the documentation of the Relations Department’s missions. By collaborating with other departments, you will help strengthen the visibility and loyalty of our relationship with our donors.

Profile :
If you are currently following a Bac+3 training in marketing, customer relations or business administrative management, then this offer is made for you! You stand out for your excellent interpersonal skills, your rigor, your dynamism and your versatility. Numbers don’t scare you, and you have strong writing skills as well as good spelling. You are also sensitive to associative causes.
In this position, patience, active listening and diplomacy are essential qualities for interacting with our donors. Mastery of IT tools, particularly Excel, is essential for the effective management of our database. In addition, fluency in English (oral and written) would be a real asset.

Terms of employment
Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French educational establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Internship compensated up to the legal minimum hourly rate (on a basis of 35 hours per week)
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Days of absence for exams, university research, etc.
Transport: 50% of the package covered between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the mainland territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
