Hey you! Are you ready to dive into action and make a real difference? ?? As an intern at ACF, you will not be a simple observer, but a real actor in the missions to come!
Mission 1:
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in communicating our research projects.
How about creating impactful project sheets and infographics on Canva (or any other software)?
– You will also be involved in organizing face-to-face events to share the results of our research with our headquarters teams.
– You will also be responsible for managing our resource library and participating in the dissemination of our research strategy.
And why not put the finishing touches by contributing to the Final Research & Analysis & Learning Activity Report?
Mission 2:
Prepare to be at the heart of the action by leading the department’s speeches and communications on our various ACF sites!
– As an intern, you will be responsible for following the migration of the R4NUT conference site to the ACF site and ensuring its proper functioning.
– You will also have the opportunity to lead the research community on Workplace (the ACF intranet) and to collaborate closely with the communications department for better visibility of our research.
Mission 3:
Actively participate in the deployment of our learning strategy and our toolbox!
– You will be involved in defining a dissemination plan for the strategy and the toolbox, as well as in monitoring its implementation.
– You will also have the opportunity to prepare presentations for our webinars and adapt existing tools in the toolbox, or even create new ones if necessary.
– In addition, you will provide methodological support to the field teams and support them in the implementation of their learning activities.

Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile profile for the position of Communication Assistant – Expertise & Advocacy.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
– Currently preparing for a higher education of Bac +4/5 in a business school, Communication, Advertising, Political Sciences, Humanitarian Masters, International Relations, or field related, with a marked interest in the humanitarian field.
– Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as mastery of communication techniques.
– Intellectual curiosity and creativity to propose innovative solutions.
– Rigor and autonomy in work, with an ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively.
– Advanced mastery of the Office pack and social media, with the ability to use these tools effectively in a professional context.
– Fluent command of English essential, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment.

Terms of employment

Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French educational establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Internship compensated up to the legal minimum hourly rate (on a basis of 35 hours per week)
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Days of absence for exams, university research, etc.
Transport: 50% of the package covered between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8euros
175euros/year (social works) and reduction on travel tickets cinema
Teleworking: Open to all and from the mainland territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of at least 2 consecutive days per week has been defined for this position. Time spent at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events.
