Assignment :

To accomplish these missions with good humor and with a certain autonomy, you will be responsible for:
Mission 1: Assist in the management of the BDD
– Help to reconcile collection data in relation to accounting and management control data.
– Participate in the development of the tool, in particular by creating new collection monitoring tables and adding CRM functionalities.
– Ensure compliance with and application of budgetary coding to ensure the reliability of budget monitoring when creating codes.
– Operate and develop additional databases, for example with Access.
– Provide technical support to database users.
– Contribute to the acceptance testing process for new functionalities.
Mission 2: Provide support for Marketing data analysis
– Produce and distribute multi-channel collection monitoring tables (daily, weekly, monthly) to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
– Design SQL queries.
– Actively collaborate in the development of specific queries for different departments, using the query engine or the Marketing Data Warehouse and Data Mart databases.
Mission 3: Participate in the generation of specific studies
– Carry out ad-hoc studies according to the needs of the Marketing activity, using the Data Warehouse (DW) and the Data Mart (DM).
– Participate in the analysis and exploitation of scores (attrition, reactivation, affinities, etc.).
Mission 4: Contribute to the management of one or more projects related to the department’s activity.

Profile:

You are currently pursuing at least a BAC+3 degree in statistics, computer science applied to economics, applied mathematics or computer science. At least a few months of professional experience (internship) is desirable.
You are proficient in database query languages ​​(SQL) and are familiar with office and computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ????
You have the ability to analyze and synthesize data, and you are rigorous, organized and have a good sense of detail. You have a team spirit and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the nature of private donations, fundraising campaigns and database architecture would be a plus.

Conditions of employment

Status: Apprenticeship or work-study contract for 12 months (and not 1 more).
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired schedule: 3 days in the company/2 days at school.
Our compensation package:
Compensation based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)

Teleworking: Open to all from the mainland. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 8 days per month is expected at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and group events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
