VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Under the supervision of the Country Representative, you’ll ensure the overall implementation of the programme strategy of the mission and the quality of the programs; coordination of new project proposals development in line with the mission strategy; set-up of new projects and coordinate the intervention at field level.
More precisely you’ll be in charge of :
– Ensure coordination and implementation of programs and operational management in line with country strategy, design the programmatic strategy of the mission and coordinate the development of new project proposals;
– People development and management;
– Analyze the humanitarian needs;
– Follow-up on management of program budgets.

VOTRE PROFIL

– A Master’ s degree in development / humanitarian aid, international relations or a field relevant fields.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and in one or more challenging contexts. Leadership and management skills in a complex international setting.
– Previous experience with ACF.
– Extensive knowledge and understanding of Humanitarian coordination mechanisms.
– Good knowledge of main ACF sectors of intervention: Nutrition & Health, WASH, FSL, Emergency response, MHCP-GP.
– Consolidated experience of project cycle management and using participatory tools and methodologies for assessment, programs identification, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
– Knowledge of the main donors policy, requirements and partnerships.
– Fluency of written and spoken English. Fluency either in Portuguese, Spanish or Italian

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

Contract:
– Duration: 4 months
– Type: Fixed-term contract under French legislation
Retribution and benefits :
– Monthly gross salary from 2735EUR to 3185EUR upon experience
– Per diem and living allowance: 167EUR + 260EUR (cf eurocost) net, field paid.
– + 150EUR as country allowance
– + 16% of monthly gross for non-French citizen for retrocession of retirement and unemployment insurance.
– + child allowance
Medical coverage:
– 100% coverage of medical expenses + repatriation insurance.
Leaves and RnR:
– 25 days of paid leaves per year.
– + 20 RnR per year.
– + 215 EUR at each RnR period
