YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission will be to manage the managers of technical departments / programs and to provide support to the Country Director.
In detail your tasks will consist of :
– Coordinate the definition and implementation of the strategy and ensures the coordination of programmatic technical departments
– Contribute in terms of ACF representation, technical operational strategy, program implementation and deployment of advocacy
– Supervise the coordination of consortia of which ACF is lead.
– Manage monitoring, evaluation, reporting and capitalization of programs as well as analysis of humanitarian needs
– Manager your team

YOUR PROFILE

– You hold a higher diploma (Bac+5) in project management or other relevant fields related to the requirements of the position
– You have demonstrated experience in project management and planning, in leadership and management of complexity, in the management of multi-sectoral programs, in the budgetary management of programs and in the management of senior staff (director level)
– You have experience in the management of emergency and development actions, in writing project proposals
– You have developed a solid knowledge of donor procedures and strategies (Echo, SIDA, EuropeAid, BHA, AFD, SDC, etc.)
– You demonstrate leadership qualities, integrity and honesty
– You are recognized for your good communication and writing skills, emotional intelligence as well as your ability to manage stress

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– 12 months of fixed-term contract under French law
– Gross monthly starting salary from 2899 to 3376EUR depending on experience
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 551EUR (cf eurocost) net, paid on the ground.
– Monthly context allowance: 150EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– 16% of gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens.
– Transport and accommodation: Support for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical cover: 100% of the payment of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Leave and RnR: 25 days a year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
– Family status: Air tickets, transport of personal effects, accommodation, annual leave, tuition fees
