Assignment :

You will participate in defining and implementing the support and assistance strategy for the operational partners of the France Mission in Marseille.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Participate in defining the strategy and activities for supporting partners
Participate in monitoring the context and activities of the base’s partners
Participate in defining and framing the strategy and activities for supporting partners
Participate in identifying, developing and drafting new partner support and assistance projects
Contribute to internal coordination dynamics
On delegation from the Resources Division Project Manager, represent ACF and ensure relations with partners
Participate in the deployment and monitoring of partner support activities
Participate, in collaboration with partners, in the development of operational support protocols, in conjunction with the Resources Division Manager
Contribute to the development of partner support and project engineering tools and methodologies in conjunction with the Field Coordinator and in consultation with the ACF team
Ensure a regular presence in the field alongside the Resources Division partners and target audiences
In conjunction with the Resources Division Project Manager, mobilize resources human and logistical resources in sufficient quantity and quality for the implementation of support activities
On delegation of the Resource Center Project Manager, actively participate in and/or lead dynamics of coordination/representation/external inter-actor work, and external interventions
Organize and lead training sessions according to the needs of partners/actors
Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of partnerships and activities, and in particular of the recommendations issued by the Resource Center to partners
Support the capitalization and reporting of information from the field for reporting, communication and advocacy purposes
In conjunction with the Resource Center Project Manager, manage and supervise the team of volunteers

Profile:

You hold a Master 2 in international relations/political science, international development/organizational management/project coordination/human sciences, with at least 2 years of experience in project management (in particular Food Security Programs or Monitoring and Evaluation or research) and in the field of social assistance and/or food democracy in France.
You have experience in development, network animation and coordination of actors. You have already worked in the associative sector, in particular with people in precarious situations.
You have organizational skills, rigor and flexibility, and have already carried out project management. You have analytical and synthesis skills, written writing and oral expression.
You are able to speak, as well as lead groups, workshops and meetings.
You have skills in data collection, storage and analysis, as well as knowledge of monetary transfers.
You know how local authorities, public policies for social protection and the fight against food insecurity work in France.
Knowledge of the Marseille associative network is appreciated.
You have an interest in the situation of people in great precariousness in France and in the interventions of associative actors targeting them, as well as in sustainable food.

YOUR EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Status: Supervisor – 10-month fixed-term contract until 06/15/2025 – Full-time
Location: Marseille (Bouches du Rhône)
Remuneration:
From 33K to 40K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
