Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Area Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for your area and will supervise the development and implementation of programs according to the ACF mandate and procedures. You will ensure a leadership position and coordinate the activities of the program and support teams in your area.
More specifically, your missions will be to:
Develop the strategy for your intervention area, in line with the mission’s orientations, and coordinate the implementation of this strategy
Participate in external relations and discussions on the development of project proposals, and coordinate the implementation of programs in the intervention area
Manage the teams in your intervention area
Facilitate relations with the coordination team
Ensure internal and external reporting according to the planned formats and deadlines
Ensure security management in your area
Supervise and guarantee the smooth running of support function activities

Profile:

You have a general or technical education at Bac+4/5 level (Business School, Political Science, Master’s degree related to ACF activities), and you have proven experience in coordinating a base and in positions of significant responsibility. You
have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field (expatriation) within international NGOs, including project cycle management and project development, management, logistics and financial management, team and security management, in unstable environments. You
have very good analytical, communication, decision-making and writing skills. You are also able to unite teams and manage priorities.
You are proactive, rigorous and caring.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

Conditions of employment

For international candidates:
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; cover for the ticket with a ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed allowance per RnR
For national candidates:
Gross monthly salary: $2,445
Accommodation: $734
Transport and accommodation: Cover for travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage
Salary maintenance arrangements (illness, maternity, paternity)
