About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Logistics – Energy Pole Manager, your missions will be to:
Coordinate and technically support the Country Offices on the Electrical Safety and Energy Production Component
Ensure the functional management of Energy human resources within the Country Offices
Support the program teams on their activities requiring energy
Carry out field visits with a view to carrying out/supervising work and/or training national resources in these countries

Profile :
You hold an Engineering degree or an equivalent Master’s degree in Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Energy, Photovoltaics, or HVAC, and have 6 years of experience in these technical fields, including experience in the humanitarian sector. You have
experience in electrical compliance, electrical works site management and commissioning, as well as in electrical preventive maintenance.
You have skills in HR management of several teams of people, and/or subcontractors. You are able to provide technical training and project management (coordination, planning, technical audit and monitoring, financial and purchasing management). You have skills
in sizing BT CFO power panels and electrical protections; solar systems; generators and mechanical operations.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – 7-month fixed-term contract until 08/31/2025 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transport allowances: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace

No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
