Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by ending hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. YOUR POSITION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Field Coordinator, you are in charge of guaranteeing the quality, relevance and technical innovation of the FSL strategy and interventions on the mission, in compliance with ACF and international standards and national policies.
More precisely your missions are to:
- Contribute to the definition of the country strategy, and to the definition of the strategy and positioning of the SAME technical department
- Coordinate the identification of needs and the formulation of project proposals
- Support the implementation and ensure the reporting of programs / projects
- Guarantee the quality and accountability of projects
YOUR PROFILE
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur agronome, spécialiste en socio-économie, ou titulaire d’un Master en gestion de projet humanitaire.
Vous maitrisez la gestion de cycle de projet et vous justifiez de minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de programme dans les ONGs de développement ou humanitaires. Les expériences sur des postes similaires sont un atout.
Vous avez de l’expérience en mobilisation communautaire et gestion d’équipe et vous êtes en capacité de travailler avec les services techniques étatiques et autres partenaires.
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
- 12 mois de contrat à durée déterminée d’usage de droit français
- Salaire mensuel brut d’entrée de 2010 à 2335EUR en fonction de l’expérience.
- Per diem et frais de vie mensuels : 409EUR + 282EUR (cf eurocost) nets, versés sur le terrain.
- Allocation contexte mensuelle : 450EUR
- 16% du salaire mensuel brut de remboursement assurance retraite pour les citoyens non français.
- Transport et logement : Prise en charge des déplacements et logement collectif
- Couverture Médicale : 100% de la prise en charge des cotisations santé (CFE + complémentaire santé) et assurance rapatriement
- Congés et RnR : 25 jours par an, 20 RTT par an et 215EUR versés pendant la période de récupération
