About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Head of the Foundations Division, your role will be to manage a portfolio of partners with the aim of developing ACF France’s private resources and ensuring the reporting of ACF France’s operational needs.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Develop partnership activities in line with the strategy of the division and the delegated management.
Participate in defining the division’s strategy by contributing to the orientations and priorities.
Manage your portfolio of existing partners: identify new actions and projects to retain partners and increase resources.
Propose partnership offers from the Partnerships Delegated Management to the organizations in your portfolio, ensuring that they are appropriate to the needs of the partners.
Contribute to the operation of the division and ensure the administrative management of activities.
Participate in the division’s internal activities and the organization of its operation.
Ensure the administrative monitoring of partnerships (contracts, agreements, reports) in line with the procedures in force.
Ensure the reporting of ACF France’s operational needs to ensure that these needs are taken into account in projects and partnerships.
Supervise and train employees (interns, work-study students, volunteers).
Manage and supervise the activities of interns and/or work-study students: ensure their integration and initial training, provide supervision and regular information for the smooth running of their missions.
Supervise the activities of volunteers and raise their awareness of ACF’s missions and procedures, by providing them with the information necessary for their role.
Profile:
Holder of a Master 2 in political science, international relations, humanitarian project management, or development, you have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of patronage, CSR or marketing in connection with the private sector.
Motivated by external representation missions, you have a keen sense of negotiation and great commercial ease. You are able to take initiatives and work independently while ensuring rigorous reporting. Organized and methodical, you know how to manage the unexpected and adapt your speech according to your interlocutors and the files you take charge of.
Recognized for your rigor, your responsiveness, and your excellent writing and communication skills in French and English, you bring real added value to the monitoring and loyalty of partnerships.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated executive – Fixed-term contract – 1 month
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT

This position requires a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
