YOUR POST AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission will be to support the design, deployment and support of tools related to the transformation of the Operations Department and to participate in the management of change within Operations.
In detail your functions will consist of :
– Participate in the functional support of users of the tools of the Operations Department
– Participate in the evolution and optimization of new tools
– Produce tools and supports for users
– Contribute to the deployment of new perimeters
In order to ensure better appropriation of these tools and methods, the administrator will contribute to the methods envisaged in the context of the management of change within Operations. Initially ( at the end of September ) it will be a question of finalizing the landing of the TSSC project by ensuring the follow-up and the necessary support for the members of the country offices still in “project mode” and provide and capitalize on technical support and mobilize the necessary resources in the event of difficulties in so-called “run” countries”. Until then, other projects, already under launch, will feed the daily life.

YOUR PROFILE

– You have at least 12 months of experience in a financial and/or HR administrator position within an NGO.
– You are used to working with IT tools.
– Previous experience within ACF is an asset

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– Status: Integrated executive – CDD 12 months – Full-time
– Job start: 01/06/2023
– Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration: – From 35K to 45KEUR gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
– Bonus seniority from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
