Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Logistics IS Functional Expert, your role will be to support the Logistics Department in the formalization of its functional needs, as part of the evolution of the Logistics Information System, and to provide support to users. ·rice·s of Logistics IS.
More precisely, your missions will be to:
Participate in the formalization of the functional specifications of the Logistics IS
Ensure regular functional monitoring in the implementation of IS projects
Participate in the dissemination and deployment of the Logistics IS, and the associated support
Implement and manage developments in the Logistics data analysis repository
Maintain monitoring of the IT needs of the logistics department

Profile:

You have higher education in Logistics, Purchasing or equivalent.
You have professional experience of at least 2 years in a position in humanitarian logistics in the field.
You have experience as a Functional IS Analyst or equivalent.
Ideally you have experience with ACF.
You have advanced knowledge and a very good command of Excel and its functions.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For positions in Permanent contract)
Advantages: 21 days of RTT
