Assignment :

Reporting to the Legal Department Manager, your missions will be as follows:
Supervise and support the development of ACF’s legal practices aimed at compliance with the relevant regulatory environment and ensuring the protection of ACF’s strategic interests.
Support the negotiation and ensure the drafting and/or proofreading of high-stakes contracts for ACF (financial, technical, operational partnerships, licenses or assignments of rights) and for ACF International when mandated by ACF’s General Management.
Support the management of legal risks for ACF’s strategic and/or operational projects.
Contribute to the control of legal and regulatory risks associated with the design and implementation of projects managed by General Management, the Audit, Risks and Compliance department or any other working group requiring it.
Represent ACF in the direct management of files with high legal, contractual or regulatory impact.
Guarantee the necessary accountability to third parties.
Contribute to the dissemination of a risk culture within the structure and ensure a strengthening of the control of legal or contractual risks.
Ensure the awareness of employees to major or emerging legal risks and put in place the necessary supports.

Profile:

With a Master 2 degree in business law and/or contract law, you also have professional experience in intellectual property law. You have an interest in the NGO sector.
You know how to draft all types of contractual and legal documents in a domestic and international legal environment.
You are able to identify legal risks and propose recommendations adapted to the interlocutor, and adapt yourself in order to understand foreign legal systems, if necessary, with external advice.
You know how to organize your work and your priorities. You know how to manage several files at the same time. You are a good listener and able to establish a relationship of trust.
You know how to communicate effectively in writing and orally, demonstrate pedagogy and adapt your communication style to your interlocutors.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Start date: 02/09/2024
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
